Instructions for Meet Entry & Job Signup

To Declare your Meet Entry

  • click on the green MEET ENTRY button to the right of each meet.
  • It will list out each swimmer, click green EDIT button
  • Next to each Swimmer name is a drop down button - choose one
    • ‘Not attending this meet’
    • ‘Attending this meet’
  • If your swimmer is ‘attending this meet’ please then click the box to enter your swimmer in preferred events (max 3 individual events)
  • Please select if your swimmer is available for relays
  • SAVE
