“I am honored to be part of the Baxter Barracudas community - a summer tradition almost as old as the neighborhood itself. A place where friends are made, youth are active, and community spirit thrives. If we haven’t yet met in the neighborhood or at a Barracudas meet, we may have met poolside through my years as a swim instructor and coach with the Rays swim team. Caden Wolf, our Barracudas assistant coach, and I look forward to seeing you on deck as our swimmers race their best this summer. Go, Barracudas!”

I am thankful for the opportunity to continue with the Baxter Barracudas from swimmer to now assistant coach. I have spent the last 15 years swimming for Baxter Barracudas, Fort Mill high school, UPYMCA Rays and Berry College. I’m looking forward to a winning season!

I’m Jonah Huffman, and I’m going to be a Junior Coach this season for Barracudas. I’ve done Rays for 5 years now, and have been volunteering at their Mini Rays meets for Chik-Fil-A fun and experience (but mostly the latter). This will be my 9th year on Barracudas, and second as a coach after being a Coach In Training last year. Thanks!

I am so excited to be coaching again this year!! This will be my 3rd year coaching with the Barracudas. In my free time I am also a coach at Impact ONE Allstars in Indian Land and a Fort Mill Varsity cheerleader! I’m currently a junior and about to go into my senior year at FMHS. I want to be a pediatric occupational therapist in the future and I love helping kids! I’m so excited to be returning!!
